When you are able to have a solid foundation of being you, you are establishing your own sense of identity.

No matter what happens in your life, you will always know who you are.

无论你的生活中发生了什么，你总是知道你是谁。

There will be times where you may feel lost or distracted, but if you have your own identity you’ll be able to get back on the right path.

有时你可能会感到迷失或心烦意乱，但如果你有自己的认同感，你就能回到正确的道路上。

Without establishing your own identity, you may easily conform and lose yourself.

反之，你很容易随波逐流，迷失自我。
